Jerri's three career passions are business, healthcare, and technology.

With a Master's in Healthcare Administration, a Master's in Business Administration, and over 30 years in the ambulatory space, she has the expertise to assess your current metrics and implement actionable steps to scale your financial growth.

Her expertise is in organization growth and development; process improvement; operational and financial change agent; physician engagement; physician coding & documentation; and revenue cycle integrity.

With 35 years of healthcare and business experience, Jerri offers unique qualifications in healthcare management consulting that yield real results.

Alan has more than 25 years of experience in business working in the financial space. Having an analytical mindset, he provides insights helping companies restructure financial projections to offer the highest reward for their clients.

His ability to understand and teach compliance guidelines, and their matrices enable companies to build a more secure and profitable business. His rewarding successes are in training individuals and teams to meet company objectives through creative concepts and strategic thinking.

Alan provides a background in compliance and business management. Previous experience is building B2B relationships, educating on performance issues, and understanding government compliance guidelines.

Alan Ivey

Delani has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is certified through HFMA for CRCR. Of her 13+ years of experience, 8 years have been in the data analytics and management space. She has created numerous reports and visual dashboards showcasing various important healthcare KPIs; which have ultimately assisted operational teams and leadership in making the best, most informed decisions for their teams. This has led to increases in cash collections and improvement in overall processes.

Delani brings expertise in Acute and Ambulatory healthcare revenue cycle management with focus in data analytics and performance insights. Her roles have required that she remain dynamic and able to fill in gaps as they appear from root cause analysis to SQL query writing.
